Tower of Magi

You are a mage recently initiated into the Circle, you have been sent to the Circle's tower in The Eight's Seal Empire for training. Once you arrive you are inducted and all the formalities are exchanged your adventure starts.

Templar Application

]You are one of the prestigious order of Templars, brought to the Tower to guard over the Mages and protect them from themselves and eachother. You are tasked to a single Mage, your charge. You have been instructed to defend them at all cost unless instructed to do differently by either the Arch-Mage or the Knight-Commander.

Schools of Magic

Elements: Control of...well...the elements. Fire, Water, Earth, and Air and every mix in between.
Dark: Dark magic, control of the user. Bends light and shadow to the will of the Mage, stealing the very essence of the target.
Light: The power of recovery, This magic manipulates the energies of the world to restore the Mage, allowing them to restore and strengthen themselves and their allies. Still may be used to attack, harnessing the soul of the user to destroy enemies.

Physical Weapons

Okay, rough without format. Slightly inspired by Fire Emblem, sorry about that.


Classes of Arms:

Blades:
A stab, a slash, a jab. The daggers, swords, and knives of the blade-wielders can go anywhere, and destroy anything that moves.


Aims:
The dart-throwers and bow-pullers of the templar order wield these ranged weapons. The weapons include bows, slings, and darts.



Hacks:
A hacking weapon, like an axe or hammer, is strong, but slow. The heavier, the better. No scrawny blade-holder can come close to the might of the axe-wielders.


Stabs:
Carrying long pointed poles, the warriors would throw light javelins or spears. They create Halberds to mock those with axes.
